Part-Time Operations Manager for Amtac Blades

Location: On Site – Priest River, Idaho

Expected to be on site 3-5 times per week for a total of 10 hours per week.

Employment Type: Part-time at 40 hours a month

Pay: $30 per hour

About the Role: We’re looking for a motivated and organized leader to work as an Operations Manager to oversee our team’s production and manage products and deadlines. This person will play a key role in managing daily operations, organizing tasks in the shop, and ensuring the team meets goals efficiently. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and implement timelines and tasks in the shop
  • Facilitate communication between all team members and management
  • Identify and solve friction points in manufacturing processes
  • Oversee procedure and quality control checklists for product manufacturing
  • Overseeing training and implementation
  • Manage and organize production materials and supplies
  • Manage and organize inventory
  • Oversee shipping and receiving
  • Manage shop safety and cleanliness
  • Capture photos and videos for social media (no editing required)
  • Foster a positive and productive team environment.

Qualifications:

Proven leadership or management experience (5+ years preferred).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience with project management tools (AirTable, Slack, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt in our shop environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
