Shipping

Amtac Blades cannot guarantee a delivery time. All pre-order purchases are charged upfront to secure your item. The estimated shipping timeframe for each pre-order is clearly listed in the product title and explained further in the product description. These dates are estimates and may vary slightly, but we always aim to ship as quickly as possible.

Refunds and Exchanges

Amtac Blades sells blades.  We do no sell screwdrivers or sharp pry bars. If you need a screwdriver or pry bar please carry one in addition to your blade. Doing this will significantly increase the life expectancy of the blade. 

We only exchange or refund goods if they arrive to you defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product or refund based on your preference.
