Amtac Blades cannot guarantee a delivery time. In general, if a blade is in production it will be several months before we can ship. If it is a pre-order, we will notify you when the blade is in production (additional 1-2 months) and then charge your card. For in stock items, we ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description, such as knives in production and pre-orders.
Refunds and Exchanges
Amtac Blades sells blades. We do no sell screwdrivers or sharp pry bars. If you need a screwdriver or pry bar please carry one in addition to your blade. Doing this will significantly increase the life expectancy of the blade.
We only exchange or refund goods if they arrive to you defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product or refund based on your preference.
